Ms. McKinney implements business policies and plans throughout the corporate operating units to realize achievement of overall corporate objectives, interprets company policies to establish management and operating plans for each unit, and directs each unit to perform its function effectively. 

She also provides strategic information to the President/CEO concerning the operations of the business units, and is responsible for the development of organization and personnel resources to facilitate future growth. 

Ms. McKinney has 25 years of experience in business and government. Many of Ms.;McKinney's years of professional experience have been spent managing in the highly regulated environments of government and government contracting. 

Prior to becoming an owner and executive of Source One, Ms. McKinney served as the first Director of Information and Research for the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and worked on the staffs of two governors, providing policy advice and research on legislative and public administration issues.
