The Source One Management Model requires that the Source One project team create baseline metrics for productivity and cost. The Source One team, in collaboration with the customer develops cost and productivity objectives with timelines that result in a project performance plan with planned progress reports for our customer's management team. The result is always increased productivity and lower cost.
