Salvador Gomez Owner, President and As President and CEO, Salvador Gomez develops and maintains the vision of the company. He oversees marketing, product development, production and finance, customer service, and approves all financial obligations. Mr. Gomez seeks business opportunities and strategic alliances with other companies and organizations. He also plans, develops, and establishes policies and objectives of business organization in accordance with board directives and company charter. Mr. Gomez directs and coordinates financial programs to provide funding for new or continuing operations in order to maximize return on investments and increase productivity. He is responsible for developing and communicating goals, operating plans, and policies for the corporation. Through policy statements, management actions, and written and verbal communication, he sets the tone for the company's relations with its employees and customers. Mr. Gomez directs company business within the strategic plan to achieve desired profit and return on invested capital goals. He exercises judgment in determining management direction for the company that will most beneficially meet the needs of its customers and employees, consistent with company policy. Mr. Gomez is a recognized leader in the business community, both in Colorado and nationally. Mr. Gomez has a total of 35 years experience in business and association administration and management, public policy development, and community economic development, including 25 years as owner and President/CEO of Source One. Prior to becoming a business owner, Mr. Gomez helped establish and manage the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and acted as its first National Director. In this role, he worked closely with the White House and Congress providing input on Hispanic business and economic development issues. In addition, Mr. Gomez has served on the staff of two governors, providing policy advice, political consulting, and research to assist in the administration of legislative issues and state agency budgets. |

Ruth McKinney Owner, Ruth McKinney plans, organizes, directs and controls all operations functions including management, administration, regulatory compliance, human resources and financial management. Ms. McKinney implements business policies and plans throughout the corporate operating units to realize achievement of overall corporate objectives, interprets company policies to establish management and operating plans for each unit, and directs each unit to perform its function effectively. She also provides strategic information to the President/CEO concerning the operations of the business units, and is responsible for the development of organization and personnel resources to facilitate future growth. Ms. McKinney has 25 years of experience in business and government. Many of Ms.;McKinney's years of professional experience have been spent managing in the highly regulated environments of government and government contracting. Prior to becoming an owner and executive of Source One, Ms. McKinney served as the first Director of Information and Research for the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and worked on the staffs of two governors, providing policy advice and research on legislative and public administration issues. |

Alan Bill Chief Financial Officer As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Bill oversees finance, accounting and payroll functions for Source One Management Inc. Mr. Bill joined Source One in October of 1994. Mr. Bill has thirty seven years of experience in corporate and government accounting. He previously worked twelve years in senior accounting and management roles in the Aerospace industry with Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin). Prior to that, Mr. Bill developed expertise in tax accounting working seven years as an Internal Revenue Agent. |

Russell Foster Records Program Manager As manager of a nationwide records program for Source One, Mr. Foster directs a staff that manages records from more than 100 sites stretching from California to Massachusetts. In support of the Department of Energy, this team manages cold war and other records comprising 6 terabytes of e-records and 90,000 cubic feet of physical records. Foster’s staff provides life-cycle records support in the highly regulated DOE Concept of Operations environment. Mr. Foster has over 25 years of experience in the information management industry. He has successfully managed contracts for life-cycle records management, technical library service, and comprehensive administrative support. Among his previous contracts with national scope, the largest was a five-year contract with the US Environmental Protection Agency with 18 task orders and staff in seven sites nationwide. Mr. Foster managed contracts for agencies including: the Department of Justice; Housing and Urban Development; the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives; the Transportation Security Agency, the Bureau of Patents and Trademarks, the Federal Communications Commission, and the Defense Logistics Agency. Foster managed 180 staff as acting Operations Supervisor of the Navy’s Military Personnel Records System. Foster holds a Masters in Library and Information Science from Florida State University. Recent professional activities include becoming certified as an AIIM Enterprise Content Management Master, holding an ECM Master Certificate granted January 22, 2008 by the Association for Information and Image Management, and completing an accredited CMMI Level II Course in 2007. |

Cliff Anglim Deputy Records Program Manager Cliff Anglim graduated from the University of West Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology. He served in the U.S, Navy for eight years as a nuclear-trained reactor electrical operator aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier, USS Theodore Roosevelt, CVN 71. In 1991, at the end of his Navy enlistment, Mr. Anglim accepted a Technical Writer position with Lockheed-Martin Utility Services, Inc., at the Department of Energy (DOE) Gaseous Diffusion Uranium Enrichment Facility in Paducah, KY. In support of Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) certification, he coordinated a procedure project to upgrade plant operating procedures to NRC standards. After plant transition to the United States Enrichment Corporation (USEC), he was promoted to Document Control Manager and co-developed, installed, and implemented a plant-wide document control application. Duties also included the controlled approval, retrieval, distribution, and archiving of records for 120,000 plant operating documents and engineering drawings. Mr. Anglim joined Source One Management, Inc., in 2000 and was assigned as the Records, Documents, and Administrative Services Manager at the DOE Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site in Golden, CO supporting site closure activities. In this position he served in several capacities: 1) Document Control – controlled approval, retrieval, distribution, electronic publishing, and archiving of over 2500 plant operating documents; 2) Records Management – collection, scheduling, processing, and shipping of all Federal records for disposition to a National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Federal Records Center (FRC); 3) Mail Services – x-ray, sorting, and delivery of 3500 pieces/day to plant recipients; 4) Reproduction and Printing Services – reproduction, printing, and Government Printing Office (GPO) orders; 4) Photography Services – documentation of site closure activities; and 5) the Walk-up Copier Program – placement/maintenance of 160 copiers. In 2004, Mr. Anglim was assigned as the Deputy Records Program Manager at the DOE Office of Legacy Management Business Center (LMBC) in Morgantown, WV, where he is responsible for directing all records management program operations. Currently, he is engaged in the management and control of a project involving the migration of ~88,000 cubic feet of inactive temporary Federal record from 5 regional NARA FRCs to a recently built NARA certified agency records facility. |

Kim Smart Information Resource Manager Kim’s focus is to apply her experience and expertise to the closure projects for the Stoller/Source One, Legacy Management contracts at Mound, Morgantown, Grand Junction, and Rocky Flats. In addition she assisted management staff in the startup of the WIPP Records Archive Project in Carlsbad, NM. |

Cathy Wallace Records Manager Cathy Wallace has been employed with Source One Management since 2005. Ms. Wallace leads a records team to perform routine records management activities and a variety of special projects associated with unique types of records collections assigned to government custodianship. The successful transition of approximately 35,000 cubic feet of Ohio sites official records, including the necessary finding aids required for timely retrieval has been recognized as a major success for the Source One Management team. In addition, Ms. Wallace is the project manager for a private industry contract responsible for document control center operations. Ms. Wallace has 15 years government and commercial records management experience.
Educational background for Ms. Wallace includes an Associates Degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA from the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio. |
