At the Western Area Power Administration's Corporate
Services Office, Source One maintained a computerized,
integrated records program for a 15-state region. Over
200,000 records were processed through this system yearly.

Our Financial Documents Coordinators managed the repository
for all Accounts Payable (AP) records for five Western
offices (Billings, Bismarck, Ft. Peck, Watertown, Huron) in
the Billings area. They were responsible for the yearly
addition of over 18,000 new AP documents and the ongoing
maintenance of over 90,000 records. They utilized the
state-of-the-art Financial Management System's Accounts
Payable module to enter and process all claims information,
coordinate daily compilation, and forward end-of-day
packages for payment by the U.S. Treasury. They were
responsible for maintaining structured, DOE-compliant

One to provide Office Information Management Services at the

second-tier subcontractor to the DynCorp/Kaiser-Hill team,
Source One provided timely and accurate storage, retrieval,
reproduction, and dissemination of information and
historical data for the management and operations of RFETS.

From 1991 to 1993, Source One managed and coordinated a
comprehensive records management program, including
electronic records, for the DOE Rocky Flats Field Office
(RFFO). Under this contract, we handled all document
disposition schedules, records shipment, transfer, and
storage requirements, and maintained a documentation file
showing disposition of all records. A computerized records
control and inventory program was utilized for ready
retrieval and record checkout and control. Monthly record
checkout inventories were conducted and notices sent to
holders of charged-out files for update and verification or

Source One employed over 200 people to provide a variety of
services for MMS. Our staff processed royalty payments on
30,000 leases for extraction of oil, gas, geothermal power,
and other resources from federal and American Indian lands.
Source One ensured that $4 to $6 billion per year in
royalties was properly paid and distributed to the United
States Treasury, state governments, and American Indian
tribes. At MMS, Source One employees provided extensive
document management services for the Lessee Contact Branch,
the Production Accounting Division, and the Royalty

As a subcontractor to American Management Systems at the
Minerals Management Service (MMS), Source One also provided
library support and operated the MMS Micrographics Records
Center (MRC). Our duties included maintaining the Royalty
Management Program's (RMP) Technical Library and operating
the MRC. The RMP Technical Library serves as a repository
for maintaining control over technical and other documents.
It includes the official file documentation for computer
systems configuration and software applications the RMP
